Careful study and special consideration was taken in the planning of our maiden township development of Seremban 2
to ensure that urban development is in harmony with the environment. Thus, the overall development is serviced by
physical infrastructure facilities that support both public and social activities. A green environment comprising
landscaped roads and streets, integrated network of pedestrian walkways, localised parks and playgrounds are provided
throughout the development. To-date, a total of 200,000 trees and shrubs had been planted within the 2,300 acres
Seremban 2 township.
The 15.6-acre S2 City Park launched in July 2005, is the largest privately-built park in Negeri Sembilan for the public. It
comes complete with outdoor fitness equipment, jogging track, bicycle & reflexology paths and state-of-the-art
playground equipment. Basketball, futsal and badminton courts had also been built within the City Centre to promote
community interaction and social cohesiveness among our diverse society.
RB LAND's commitment towards the community is
not only limited to developing well-planned comprehensive
townships. In fact, we take our commitment one step
further by constantly organising community events
within the township development. We also support
and donate to charitable causes organised by the
local governments and non-profitable organisations.
Over the years, Holiday Villa Subang Hotel, RB
LAND's hospitality division, has involved itself
largely in humanitarian projects such as undertaking
and sponsoring community welfare events, donations
to the less fortunate as well as establishing collection
centres for public donations to international disaster
relief funds.
